The Underground Parkade will be cleaned on Monday May 14, 2012

To facilitate this process, it is extremely important that ALL vehicles be parked elsewhere between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. A report will be provided to the Board of Directors of which stalls have vehicles parked in them during the cleaning. The Board may fine owners, if vehicles are left in their stalls, for not allowing a proper cleaning to be done

FIRE ALARM/SAFETY DEVICES IN SUITES

The annual fire alarm inspection for MacEwan Gardens will take place on Tuesday March 27 & Wednesday March 28 beginning at 7:30 am.

The alarms will ring intermittently on this day as visual and audio devices will be tested.

The in-suite horn/strobe devices located in each unit will need to be inspected and entry into each suite will be necessary. In suite testing will begin at 8:00am to 9:00am

Tuesday March 27th - Units on the 1st and 2nd floors will be inspected
Wednesday March 28th - Units on the 3rd and 4th floors will be inspected

If you cannot be home to open the door or cannot find another suitable solution, a key (for the day) may be provided to Property Manager or Board Member.

Access for the purpose of conducting the inspection is permitted under the MacEwan Gardens Condominium Corporation By-laws; Section 3 (a) DUTIES OF THE OWNERS (p.6).

NOTE: It is the Unit Owner’s responsibility to ensure access to the Unit.
